Willie Lumantas, his wife Bretha, and their three children live in the port city of Ozamiz, on the large southern island of Mindanao, in the chain of islands that comprise the Philippines.

They operate an orphanage that now houses approximately 40 children of all ages. As an outreach of their ministry they conduct a feeding program for the street children of Ozamiz. Through this program they are able to feed nearly 500 children each month.

This Christmas, as is their custom, they will conduct a huge outreach and will be able to provide meals AND a Christmas present to each of the children who come to the park that day. Our church is able to help sponsor a portion of that outreach and we are pleased to see the positive impact that Pastor Willie and his staff are making in Ozamiz.

There were over 500 children who came to the local park to receive a hot meal. Not only was their natural hunger satisfied, but Pastor Willie and his church members ministered the love of God to the children and blessed them spiritually as well.
